Ignoring pain can make matters worse. Your body will compensate, causing imbalance, issues and pain in other areas of your body. At Back in Motion Chiropractor you will receive a thorough assessment from a qualified chiropractor and rehabilitation therapist, who will recommend a full treatment plan, along with expected outcomes.
Our lead therapist Denys is a trained McTimoney chiropractor and an experienced sports therapist.

Main treatments include manual joint adjustment, soft tissue therapy and targeted rehabilitation exercises.
Having spent many years at a sports centre, we’re able to identify and treat a variety of injuries and conditions.
Denys is a Doctor of Chiropractic and has a Masters in Physiotherapy. He is also registered with the GCC and MCA.
As well as manual therapies, with us you’ll have access to ultrasound, electric needling, radio lift and Shockwave.
Before any treatments can be recommended to you, an initial assessment must be conducted.
This is so we can understand the history of your condition, any treatments you’ve had already and any medication you might be taking.
It is important that we determine how we can achieve the best outcome for you and your lifestyle.
To achieve success, your recovery plan may include exercises and stretches for you to do at home, which will aid healing and mobility.
As your range of movement improves and your pain reduces, your therapy may need adjusting to suit.
Our ongoing advice will ensure you experience consistent improvement to make it easier for you to return to the activities that matter most to you.
Yes, we will need you to provide us with details of your previous injuries, medical history and any medication you may be taking. This enables us to recommend the appropriate treatments available to you.
We use McTimoney chiropractic methods, which are gentler than traditional chiropractic treatments. We use the most effective, lightest touch. During the session, we will assess your pain and do everything we can to minimise discomfort.
